Interval timer
A big interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, circuits and boxing rounds, on the gym TV or a laptop. Set work, rest and rounds, open it fullscreen, and it runs through every round on its own.
Work, rest, repeat, without looking at your phone
The default is a Tabata: 20 seconds of work and 10 of rest, eight times. Change it for HIIT circuits, EMOM-style blocks or three-minute boxing rounds with a minute’s rest.
The screen shows the work or rest text, the seconds left and the round, in digits big enough to read mid-burpee. It starts when the page opens; reload to start again.
Put it on a TV
- Make it above. The preview is exactly what the screen shows.
- Open it on the screen. Press Open fullscreen on that device, or send yourself the link. For a TV with a free account, open ownscreen.com/tv and enter its code on your phone.
- Leave it running. It fits any screen size and asks the screen to stay on.
Questions
- Does it beep?
- Not yet. It’s a silent visual timer, so pair it with your own music.
- Can I pause it?
- Not in this version. Reloading the page starts the rounds again from the beginning.
- Can I use it for Tabata?
- Yes. The default settings are a Tabata: 20 seconds of work, 10 of rest, 8 rounds.
